Equipping Leaders in Mongolia
In a country where fewer than 1.4% of the population identifies as Christian, Kingdom Life International partnered with local leaders through the Grow Mongolia initiative to equip more than 300 pastors.
What began as leadership training has grown into a long-term vision for church multiplication across the nation. Local leaders have since invited our team back to help develop a five-year strategy focused on strengthening churches, developing leaders, and reaching future generations with the Gospel.

This is not corporate consulting packaged for churches.
We believe healthy church culture cannot be built through rigid formulas alone.
Instead, we begin by listening, learning, and understanding the personality, vision, and challenges of the church.
Through prayer, wisdom, practical insight, and Spirit-led strategy, we help leaders identify where growth is being hindered and what healthy systems need to be strengthened.
